A Chinese company is set to create an undisclosed number of jobs by setting up its EU base in Dundalk, Co Louth. The regulatory affairs firm CIRS has its headquarters in Hangzhou, one of the China's main cities. The company provides consulting services to manufacturers and importers to help them ensure they are compliant with chemical regulations included in the EU's REACH directive. Justice Minister Dermot Ahern is due to officially announce the Dundalk investment today, along with the number of jobs that will be created as a result.
