Cork player John Miskella has been cleared to play in the All-Ireland Football Final after referee John Bannon reviewed footage of the Tyrone game. The defender received a yellow card on Sunday after making contact with Red Hands substitute Brian McGuigan. After being asked by the Central Competitions Control Committee to watch the match tape, Bannon has decided that the incident was dealt with adequately on the day. As a result, no further disciplinary action can be taken by the GAA.
