French authorities say the Air France plane which came down in the Atlantic Ocean a month ago hit the water vertically. All 228 people on board Flight 447 died as it crashed on its journey from Brazil. Investigators also say the plane didn't blow up in the air, and that they'll keep looking for its black box data recorders until the end of next week. Yesterday the Department of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the body of Dr. Jane Deasy from Dublin was recovered from the wreckage. She was one of three young Irish doctors on board the flight when it came down on June 1st.
