An Albanian man who faces charges in connection with a fatal racist attack in the UK has been refused bail at the High Court pending his extradition hearing. The man, 32-year-old Artan Hysaj was arrested in August and charged with being involved in the attack on a father of two in Manchester in 2004 because he had white friends. He's opposing his extradition. Kalvinder Singh, a 31-year-old father of two, was attacked by several men in a curry house in Manchester in April 2004. His head was stamped on and he was beaten with sticks. He suffered a fractured skull and died two weeks later.
