An investigation is underway in Britain after a 14-year-old girl died shortly after being given a cervical cancer vaccine at school. The teenager died in hospital yesterday after receiving the Cervarix jab in Coventry. She is believed to have suffered a rare but extreme reaction to the injection. A number of other girls reportedly suffered dizziness and nausea after receiving the vaccine. The batch of Cervarix used on the children has been quarantined as a precaution.
