The Dublin Docklands Development Authority will not publish its 2008 annual report until the autumn, compared to last year when it was published in June. The report is expected to show significant writedowns in the value of its properties including the South Wharf site in Poolbeg.
Paul Maloney, who retired as chief executive officer of the DDDA last week, will not be at the launch of the annual report, a spokeswoman for the authority said.
