Irish investment company Vico Capital, which is owned by Brian and Mary Patricia O'Donnell, has put the Sanctuary Building in London's Victoria on the market for €206m, according to Property Week.

Vico bought the building for €11.4m less than that in 2006.

The magazine said Vico is facing a debt maturity of about €79m of senior debt related to its purchase of an office building at Canary Wharf in London next week.

Morgan Stanley had provided the debt for the purchase of 17 Columbus Courtyard which was then securitised.

The building is let to Credit Suisse until the year 2025.

Vico also bought property in Sweden and in the United States.
