Davy Hickey Properties, the joint venture between developer Brendan Hickey and Davy Stockbrokers, has applied to develop a €75m mixed-use scheme at Fortunestown Lane on Citywest Road in Dublin 24.

The developer, through Place Property, is planning to develop a shopping centre building, with a retail anchor store and 29 shops and restaurants. It is also planning to develop 380 apartments and townhouses, medical suites, an underground car park and offices. A two-storey pub will also be built if development is given the green light. Davy Hickey already owns the Citywest shopping centre there.
