
Receiver Martin Ferris has put the Madison Cafe Bar in Dublin's Rathmines up for sale with a guide price of €2m, less than half the asking price of three years ago.
Morrissey's Auctioneers is handling the sale on behalf of Ferris, who is receiver and manager of The Leinster House (1974) Ltd, which is in liquidation.
The premises is close to one of the premises occupied by DIT and is also near the Swan shopping centre, where the Ward Anderson families are to open a cinema shortly.
