ACC Bank is seeking to take a commercial court case against developers Larry O'Mahony and Tom McFeely.
A motion for entry of ACC's case against the developers is due to be heard before judge Finlay Geoghegan tomorrow morning.
O'Mahony and McFeely are also involved in a legal battle with developer Noel Smyth in relation to a planned expansion to the Square shopping centre in Tallaght.
