Property developer Pat Doherty has issued legal proceedings against Paddy Kelly, the developer who told the High Court recently that he is considering a bankruptcy arrangement.

Kelly personally guaranteed the rent for the Prem Group's hotel at Park West, the office park being developed by Doherty's Airscape.

Doherty is believed to have initiated the proceedings because there has been a shortfall in the rent paid by the hotel in Park West, which is operated as a Days Hotel.
