One Warrington Place, Dublin 2


Built with a €30m outlay, the brand new 5,200 square metres building situated on the corner of Mount Street and the canal in Dublin 2 boasts a Michael Warren bronze sculpture at its forecourt. The rent for the high spec seven-storey over basement with parking build is advertised as 'negotiable'. At one stage it was speculated that it could command rents of €750 per square metre, a yearly rent of circa €3.64m. The Central Bank was said to be considering it as a potential new home in 2007.


The Observatory, Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2


A five-floor block totalling 8,700 square metres of office accommodation of which 8,000 square metres is available. Late last year the quoted rent was more than €740 per square metre per annum.


Europa House, Dublin 2


One of the highest profile locations in the city, Europa house is situated off Stephen's Green on a corner aspect on Harcourt St. The six floor over basement 3,500 square metres building is draped over with a banner advertising "flexible lease terms". A europahouse.ie website has been set up by the leasing agent as an online building brochure for the Clancourt owned property. The quoted rent is €425 per square metre.


One Grand Canal St Plaza, Dublin 4


Currently to let, with "a passing rent" of €1.542 per annum the building is situated in the same neighbourhood as Google, Accenture and O2. It stands six storeys and measures 3,600 square metres.


One Clarendon Row, Dublin


The three-storey 2,850 square metre office above H&M, Zara and Warehouse just off St Stephen's Green has been available since September. Expected rent per annum on launch was €645 per square metre for suites of 420 square metres. It is part of Chartered Land's €100m South King St retail and commercial development at the site.


30-34 Westmoreland St, Dublin 2


The former EBS HQ fetched €20m when sold by EBS in 2003 – twice the expected price is for sale at the time. It stands 3,113 square metres, four storeys over basement and has been vacant for some time as it was expected to be redeveloped as a retail centre. It's now being advertised to let.

The 4,000 sqm of prime office space in leafy Ballsbridge, has four floors with parking.

One of three Daniel Leibskind-designed (below) luxury office blocks on the square, it was developed by Chartered Land and billed as "suited to the large corporate occupier". Numbers 2 and 4 of the €350m, 35,000 square metre development have been reserved. The seven floor building is offered for immediate occupancy, and rents are negotiable. The total building measures 11,000 square metre, and units are available for let from 1,900 square metres.
