Irish property investors Donal O'Mahony and Tom Quinn have a new partner in the 5.5-acre Royal Mint Court office complex in London. The duo own 50% of the centre, which generates an annual rent of about £16m. The other 50% is now owned by fund manager Delancey which acquired its stake from the Crown Estate.

The complex's main tenants are Barclays Bank and Old Mutual, whose leases have less than five years left to run.
