Apparently, the Auckland Blues CEO, Andy Dalton, is determined to bring the Thomond Park silence during place kicks to Eden Park for next year's Super 14. "When the eerie hush falls across the ground, it just adds to the excitement and drama," said Dalton. "Whether it's for local matches or internationals, we'd like to call on New Zealand to adopt the same approach."
