Ulster Club SFC Final

Ballinderry (Derry) v Crossmaglen Rangers (Armagh)

Brewster Park, Enniskillen, 3.45. Live, TG4, 3.30

There's a pattern here and it won't be to Ballinderry's liking. Cast your mind back two years to when they hammered their way out of the North's toughest county championship, blazed a trail through Ulster (they beat Mayobridge 0-15 to 0-1 before putting 1-15 on Errigal Ciarán) and were favourites against a Cross side that had been dour at best. Rangers won that final by 0-5 to 0-3. Now it's two similar lineups and a similar scenario. Conleth Gilligan, Raymond Wilkinson and Enda Muldoon have scored in both of Ballinderry's games in Ulster, eight registered in the semi-final where they played their best football of the year while Cross have been heavily reliant on Oisín McConville. Form says Ballinderry should win but we've heard that before.

Verdict: Crossmaglen Rangers

Kerry SFC Final Replay

Kerins O'Rahillys v Mid Kerry

Fitzgerald Stadium, Killarney, 3.00

Strange given his side didn't win but perfect result for Jack O'Connor last day out. The replay means that both David Moran and Tommy Walsh missed their AFL trial and around for another year. Their commitment and the class of Barry John Walsh and Michael Quirke will make their prolonged stay at home worthwhile.
