Good old George Best. Not only does he practically give two fingers to those who offered him a new liver, dump all over his exwife Alex, who stuck with him when thousands wouldn't, but now he's acting the hard man when he is so clearly past it.

In a drunken fit, Best apparently threatened the former lover of his new squeeze, 35year-old divorcee Gina Devivo, and told him in a middle-of-thenight phone message that he "would send the boys" to sort him out if he didn't leave the blondehaired Devivo alone.

Twenty-four year old Matt Rowe remained unimpressed and unflustered, however. "Come and try if you are hard enough, " he scoffed.

Best has yet to take him up on the offer
