They say second place is nowhere on All Ireland final day, but Henry Shefflin (right) will have to settle for it in one aspect today. By virtue of his early goal against Limerick this day last year, Shefflin moved ahead of such legendary names as Christy Ring, Charlie McCarthy and DJ Carey and into third spot in the list of top scorers in All Ireland final history. And should he score at least two points or a goal today, Shefflin will leapfrog Jimmy Doyle to move into second spot, behind fellow Kilkenny man, Eddie Keher.
