Paul Warwick 5
Try-saving tackle on Rocky Elsom but seemed overawed by the whole occasion. Shocking imitation of a tackle as Luke Fitzgerald ran around him for his try.
Doug Howlett 6
Showed his astute rugby brain to block Fitzgerald as the winger was ready to pounce but should have done better to stop Nacewa in build up to D'Arcy try.
Keith Earls 6
Left Lions colleague Luke Fitzgerald for dead with magnificent 60-metre break and unlucky not to catch D'Arcy before he crossed. Lions tour can't come quick enough for the Thomond/Young Munster whiz-kid.
Lifeimi Mafi 6.5
Superb all-round display by the New Zealander. His one-handed offload to set up Earls for his run was top drawer and one of the better players on a disastrous day for the former champions.
Ian Dowling 5.5
Just didn't feature and never seemed to recover after being taken out by Cian Healy in the opening period. This performance won't feature in the family video collection.
Ronan O'Gara 5
Played second fiddle to his nemesis until Contepomi was forced to retire injured. Fared no better after Sexton's introduction. Handed Brian O'Driscoll his try on a plate. A day to forget.
Peter Stringer 5.5
Made a few breaks but in truth, he was a long way from his best. Some passes went astray. Stringer is a pale shadow of his former self.
Marcus Horan 5.5
Long season has caught up with him. Not as prominent as expected and one silly knock-on in front of Hogan Stand summed up his day.
Jerry Flannery 5.5
Line-out throwing spot on but not as dangerous around the fringes as you normally expect. This defeat will hurt badly.
John Hayes 5
Not one of his better days. Found the going tough and is entitled to enjoy a summer off after a hectic season.
Donncha O' Callaghan 5.5
Took the wrong option when passing to Ian Dowling after Keith Earls made his break. After that there was a a poor blind-pass to his captain O'Connell that led to the turnover.
Paul O'Connell 7
Played his heart out and led by example and one of the few Munster players who came out of the game with any credit. Took two line-outs from Leinster ball.
Alan Quinlan 5
Totally overshadowed by the performance of Rock Elsom. Anxious few days ahead to see if he is cited after nasty cheap shot on Leinster captain Leo Cullen. No need for this carry on.
David Wallace 6
Quieter than normal and all credit to the Leinster back row who never let him get into his stride.
Denis LeamY 5.5 Silly turnover as Munster stormed near the line after Leinster try
Niall Ronan, Barry Murphy,Tony Buckley, Denis Fogarty, Mick O'Driscoll and Mike Prendergast can tell their kids they player in Croke Park
Gerry Flannery was way better than the 5.5 awarded , he was a most willing ball handler , and was probably the outstanding front row forward on the pitch
