What did you have for breakfast today?

Porridge and a bucket of coffee. My blood is 70% caffeine.

If you could be anywhere right now, where would it be?

Back in bed. We have a newborn, so I don't see enough of my bed.

What is your comfort food?

I grew up on brown bread and cheese and it's still my favourite.

What website do you look at most?

If I'm honest, Facebook. People just correspond through it so much now. Why can't people just email anymore?

How often do you exercise?

I hit the gym and do weights or swim about four times a week. I don't do it because I love training, I do it because I love lasagne.

What do you watch on TV?

I live with a lot of kids so it's Nickelodoen, Disney and X Factor. If I get TV time alone it's usually Sky Sports.

What Irish person do you most admire?

Jedward. There's a lot to be said for over-confident people with limited talent. I based my whole career on it.

What Irish person do you least admire?

I don't least admire anyone.

What do you most like about yourself?

I tend not to hold grudges; I have a chronically bad memory.

What is your favourite cinema?

The Savoy One. Had my first film outing there – a double biller of Star Wars and Superman.

What was the last text you sent?

To Lucy Kennedy asking what time we are in work for our weekend radio show. I should really know by now.

What word or phrase do you overuse?

Do you know what I mean? I hate it but I say it all the time. Do you what I mean?

What radio station do you listen to?

2FM, Capital and Phantom.

Are you good with credit cards?

I don't use one. Ran up a huge bill when I was 21 so I cut it up and now I'm laser all the way. If I can't afford it, I can't afford it.

What was your best holiday?

Backpacking around Asia. Although when I was in Phnom Penh I was robbed – passport, visa and all my cash.

How long does it take you to get ready?

Fifteen minutes, but I leave a trail of hair, clothing and wet towels everywhere.

What is your biggest regret?

No regrets. A few heartfelt apologies, but no regrets.

What would be your karaoke song?

'Daddy Cool'. I play it all the time since we had our baby. It grates on everyone in the house.

What can you not live without?

My little girl Hanna or the Premier League...?! Okay Hanna, but Jesus, it's close.

Who was your first crush?

It was a two hander. Kylie Minogue when she was in Neighbours playing Charlene with the big oily overalls and puffed-up perm. And Sabrina when she sang 'Boys, Boys, Boys' in that swimming pool.

When did you last use public transport?

The Luas two days ago.

What do you worry about?

Hair loss and my missus and the kids catching me smoking.

Who did you last vote for?

I don't vote. They're like lying Smurfs. And they all look the same to me.

What would you do if you won the Lotto?

I live with lots of healthy kids and a woman I love, so I feel like I've won the Lotto already. So I'd just buy some new trainers and take a nice holiday.

What time do you go to bed at?
