The SDLP and Sinn Fein in north Antrim are calling on unionist leaders to speak out against a spate of sectarian attacks in the area. SDLP MLA Declan O'Loan says there is currently a political vacuum because of unionist silence, giving subliminal space to loyalists to attack Catholic property. Sinn Fein MLA Daithi McKay, meanwhile, says there is an onus on everyone to condemn recent attacks on Catholic churches and GAA property in north Antrim.
