A group linked to al-Qa'ida has claimed responsibility for the twin suicide bombings that killed at least 155 people in Baghdad over the weekend. More than 700 people were also injured in the blasts, which targeted three major government buildings, including the Justice Ministry. The Islamic State in Iraq organisation has claimed responsibility in a statement posted on a militant website. The same group also carried out an almost identical attack that destroyed the finance and foreign ministries and killed at least 132 people just over two months ago.
