CRH, Ireland's most valuable company, has been categorised as the third-safest cement company in the world based on its credit rating and risk profile, by the ratings agency Standard & Poor's. CRH, which is headquartered in Dublin, was only beaten by Wuerth GmbH and Geberit AG. Among the companies with a weaker credit profile according to the report on the industry globally were Holcim, Lafarge, and Heidelberg Cement AG.
