Developer Ray Grehan of Glenkerrin has said there is no truth in a report in London that he is a buyer of an apartment in the luxury One Hyde Park residential scheme in London.

The development by Qatari investors in association with the Candy brothers is regarded as the most expensive in the world at present, with the average asking price for an apartment coming in at £20m.

Grehan developed a number of high-end schemes in Dublin including the Grange in Blackrock and Ballintyre near Ballinteer. Glenkerrin owns a site in Canary Wharf where it is planning to develop a high-rise tower; it has also developed apartment blocks in the area. Grehan also owns the vet college site in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
