Lita Lighting, a Spanish supplier of LED lighting, has been acquired by Irish entrepreneur Seán Carty in a multimillion-euro deal.


Carty, managing director of Connect Electronics, said Lita manufactures and LED light devices for manufacturing, retail, industrial, hospitality and service industries. Lita recently opened an office in Dublin and Carty said he plans to open more in Germany, the US and the UK.
