The GT900 Rally is a 900 km route with three stages over three consecutive days on the weekend of July 2nd, 3rd and 4th – a high-octane and exhilarating prestige Grand Tour of the west coast of Ireland.
In the spirit of the greatest trans-European tours of times past, the GT900 Rally will have some of the finest performance and classic cars in Ireland, UK and beyond.
Up to 150 cars and drivers join in this epic non-competitive rally through some of Ireland's most spectacular scenery, with an exciting mix of cars, castles, celebrities, cuisine and amazing entertainment, with the target of raising €100,000 for The Hope Foundation.
Cars entered include the Ferrari 550, Maserati GT, Lamborghini Gallardo, various Porsche models, Delorean, AC Cobra, Shelby Mustang, Aston Martin DB9 and a Bentley Continental GT to name but a few.
Well-known people taking part include Ray Foley from Today FM and Nikki Hayes from 2FM.
Maureen Forrest, Director of the Hope Foundation works with the children of Calcutta, speaks movingly about the charity and has great enthusiasm for the GT900 Rally which she hopes will raise €100,000 for HOPE.
Maureen has lined up a number of media personalities who kindly support the Hope Foundation also, including Aoibhinn Ní Shúilleabháin.
