Northern Irish property developer WG Mitchell has been named as a development partner for a new £27m community health centre in Lanarkshire in Scotland. Work on the centre is to begin shortly with a target opening date of early 2012. The centre will have dental, podiatry, paediatric and physiotherapy services.


Last year a number of subsidiaries operated by WG Mitchell, some of which were funded by Bank of Ireland, went into administration.
