he dresses michelle obama, Salma Hayek and SJP and while we can't afford Narciso Rodriguez couture, his beautiful perfumes have us enthralled. Until now, 'For Her', with its distinctive black or pink bottle and musky sensual notes, was one of our favourite scents ever. Its position is threatened however by his new scent, called 'Essence'. Described as being both 'intense and ethereal', it's deliciously clean smelling and summery, with musk and notes of rose petal and iris. The bottle, all futuristic mirrors and curves, is just as memorable as this very modern scent. €75 for 50ml, available at Brown Thomas.
