Children's fashion - Little Chief

Fashion - Pretty in Pink

On paper, this outfit sounds fairly girlie and not very edgy: sweatshirt-type top, rolled-up trousers with sandals, all in shades of pink. But when the outfit is by Maison Scotch, which does a fine line in sophisticated street wear, and the shoes are made by Pollini for Louise Gray (and designed by footwear deity Nicholas Kirkwood), it all makes for a very good look. Music - Interlude with the vampire

We're loving the sound of this. The new format for the JD Set, previously a competition for unsigned bands, will see Irish artists cover an album that has influenced their career. Cathy Davey, Neil Hannon and Jape will perform their own versions of Vampire Weekend's debut album at the Button Factory on 1 April. Fashion - French Fancy

Isabel Marant is one of fashion's current darling and the fashion pack is insane for the French designer slightly grungy, surfery, '70s' designs, plus Gisele Bündchen is fronting the latest campaign. This fishnet jumper is pure Marant but as it's from TopShop, it's a fraction of the cost at €57.

Cookery - Meaty Matters
