Developers Laragan Homes have slash­ed prices by up to €600,000 at its upscale luxury development in Kilmacanogue, Co Wicklow.

There are five properties for sale: two five-bed detach­ed houses measuring 295sq m (3175sq ft) from €1.195m, one six-bed 317sq m (3,411sq ft) house with double detach­ed garage at €1.25m, and two larger six-bed 360sq m (3,874sq ft) homes, also with double detached garage, from €1.4m.
