The first phase in a brand new waterfront development in north county Dublin launches this weekend with prices from just €235,000 for a one-bed apartment.
Developed by Winsac, Barnageeragh Cove is a modern mixed residential scheme of apartments, houses and duplexes fronting onto the water at Kelly's Bay in Skerries.
A total of 39 apartments, mainly one and two-beds, are being offered in this first phase.
Boasting high ceilings and larger than average living areas, one-bed apartments at the scheme measure 53sq m (570sq ft), while two-beds range in size from 73 to 100sq m (785 to 1,070sq ft) and cost from €290,000.
All units boast extra large balconies – framed in glass to maximise the views – large floor to ceiling windows, fitted kitchens available in a choice of finishes, porcelain floor tiling and built-in wardrobes in bedrooms.
Energy efficient living has also been catered for with a gas condensing boiler and WormGlo central heating system with modern Stelrad radiators.
Skerries is served by a regular commuter train to Connolly Station and buses to the city centre.
