Kate Moss shocked onlookers at BBC Radio 1 last week when she performed handstands for them while her boyfriend, Pete Doherty, was being interviewed.

The starry couple apparently arrived at the BBC studios hand-in-hand and then, while Pete was in a studio speaking to presenter Zane Lowe about the history of punk rock, Kate found other ways to amuse herself.

"It was a bit of a surprise when we saw her performing gymnastics in the corridor, " said an insider. "But Kate didn't seem to care what anyone thought."
