A teenager has been given a three year sentence for his role in a gang attack which led to the victim falling through the top-deck window of a Dublin bus. Nineteen year old Michael Tyser Connors of Daletree Place, Ballycullen in Dublin, pleaded guilty to violent disorder at Belgard Square West, Tallaght on the 20th of October 2006. Dublin District Court heard how the victim was in hospital for six days and in a full body brace for three weeks following the attack, in which he fell from the bus and landed on a sheet of glass. Three other teenagers, who cannot be named because they are underage were given suspended jail terms.
