Mitie has bought the Irish facilities management business of Dalkia in a deal worth about €12.5m. The business had turnover of €28.8m in 2009 and pre-tax profits of €1.4m, Mitie said.


Mitie said it will pay €9.5m upfront in cash and another €3m if the company hits certain earnings targets.
