What did you have for breakfast today?
Scrambled eggs, toast and orange juice.
If you could be anywhere right now, where would it be?
The Caribbean, I love the culture. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is really relaxed and the weather isn't too bad either.
What is your comfort food?
I love shawarma with chilli oil – total comfort food.
What website do you look at most?
I'd have to say YouTube. You can watch whatever you like.
How often do you exercise?
I jog three to four times a week, depending on weather.
What do you watch on TV?
Cooking programmes, the Discovery Channel and the Biography Channel.
What Irish person do you most admire?
John Hume. His contribution to the peace talks has literally changed the lives of everyone in this country for the better. This country owes a great debt to him, he is a wonderful man.
Who do you least admire?
I could name a few, but they are more personal issues, and I don't like to bad-mouth anyone out of respect.
How punctual are you?
Well... 90% of the time. Sometimes in my business things can become hectic with the flick of a switch, but I always try my best to be punctual.
What do you most like about yourself?
Honesty... not being afraid to speak my mind.
What word or phrase do you overuse?
Emmmmm...
What is your favourite cinema?
The Savoy cinema, I love going there. It takes me back to being a kid seeing Star Wars, ET, the Rocky movies. It was also where I saw The Commitments for the first time.
What was the last text you sent?
Arranging to have dinner with a friend.
What radio station do you listen to?
Sirius is a fantastic station, they play great rock music. I often find myself being introduced to bands I have never heard of.
Are you good with credit cards?
Most of the time.
What was your best holiday?
The South of France at my family summer house, it's a beautiful place, I really love spending time there when I can.
How long does it take you to get ready?
Usually I'm pretty organised, about 20 minutes and I'm good to go.
What is your biggest regret?
Ringo Starr asked me if I wanted to get up and sing 'With a Little Help From My Friends' at the Greek Theatre with his band. I declined.
What can you not live without?
Family, friendship, music and love.
Who was your first crush?
A girl in primary school – funnily enough we are still friends after all these years.
When did you last use public transport?
About a week ago. I took a train to Copenhagen to meet friends and work on some material in my recording studio.
What do you worry about?
Family and friends in need.
Who will you vote for?
Haven't made my mind up yet. Could take some time the way things are looking right now. It's a sorry state of affairs.
What would you do if you won the Lotto?
Call Sir Richard Branson and book a seat to space.
What time do you go to bed?
Around 1am normally, it all depends on what I'm doing. If I'm on tour it varies, but if I'm at home I try to be in bed by 1am.
