? Colin FARRELL and his co-star set the rumour mill into hyperdrive at the première of their latest film.
The Dubliner and Bell Lake hugged and gazed into each other's eyes at the New York opening of 'Pride and Glory'. At one point she stroked his cheek affectionately and the duo seemed to be sharing some private joke.
Farrell has been romancing Emma Forrest, who wasn't in attendance, and the pair were inseparable while he filmed Neil Jordan's new movie in Cork over the summer.
Since then there have been no public sightings of the pair. Given Farrell's Romeo-like past it's probably no surprise that tongues were wagging. However, the likeable Castleknock man has turned over a new leaf and quit his wild ways. So it's probably not, as one wag put it, a case of him preferring Lakes to Forrests and just some good clean fun.
? Former 'Fair City' actor turned artist, Stuart Dunne, has joined fellow artists Daithí Brophy and John Collins for an exhibition entitled 'The Noble House of My Thought' which runs in Pearse House, Dublin, until this coming Thursday.
Themed around the smaller players of 1916, including the woman who sewed the flag and the boy messenger who brought the proclamation to the leaders to sign, Stuart's exhibition calls for Ireland to recognise the rights of the disabled in our constitution.
It's all a far cry from when he was menacing Carrigstown as hardman Billy Meehan. (Cue jokes involving 'brushes' with the law, being 'framed' etc.)
