PRESIDENT Mary McAleese will hand out more than 100 training awards tomorrow to workers at a programme designed to help people affected by drug and alcohol abuse. The Liberties Recycling Training and Development's Annual Training Awards ceremony will take place at their factory premises in Bluebell, Dublin at 2pm. The charity recycles clothing and provides back-to-work training for more than 60 people currently involved. Managing director Philip Maloney said: "We're a project that helps recycle people's lives so we desperately need the support of the public and local authorities."
