Caprice: caused a furore at the Meteor Awards

Supermodel Caprice sparked a bit of a row backstage at the Meteor Awards last week.

A fan of one of the bands performing, she asked organisers for an introduction to the lead singer.

Happily the frontman was just as keen on meeting Caprice, lapping up her Scott Henshall dress which was slashed at various points to reveal plenty of flesh. Not so happy, however, was the singer's partner, who was also attending the Meteors and was standing quite close to Caprice.

Our RDS spy told me: "When the singer and his partner arrived back to their dressing room, all hell broke loose. There was screaming and roaring with doors slamming. What they didn't realise is that the rooms backstage at the Meteors were all temporary partitions right next to one another.

"All the other acts could hear this row going on. Some of them were still laughing about it when they went on stage."
