LIEUTENANT General Pat Nash, commander of EU peacekeeping forces in Chad, is to be awarded France's highest honour for valour tomorrow. Limerick-born Nash, who is set to retire soon, will receive the Officier de Legion d'Honneur from French president Nicholas Sarkozy.
