Two investigations are underway into the death of a 40-year-old man following an industrial accident in Dublin.
The accident happened at about 3.10pm on Friday afternoon at an industrial estate on Citywest Avenue in Dublin. The man was taken to Tallaght hospital where he was pronounced dead. Gardaí and the Health and Safety Authority are investigating.
