THE Old Dublin Society celebrates its 75th anniversary this year with a lecture at the RDS Library in Ballsbridge. 'The Old Dublin Society – the first 75 years' will be delivered by society president Rev Dudley Levistone Cooney at 6pm on Wednesday. The ODS has promoted "the study of the history and antiquities of Dublin city and county" since 1934.
