Cobblers: Louboutin slams Barbie for her 'fat ankles'


Over in fashion land, many designers continue to live on a different planet. This time, shoemaker Christian Louboutin has transfered his usual criticism of real women's bodies to that of plastic women. Louboutin has announced that the Barbie doll is "too fat" and he's redesigning her with slimmer ankles in order to satisfy his own three designs for the iconic toy as part of Barbie's continuing 50 year anniversary celebrations. "They're completely wild and even come with mini Louboutin boxes," a spokeswoman said of his plastic designs. She added, "He found her ankles were too fat."
