In an article published on 11 April 2010 entitled 'Council Bid to Close Car Parks', we incorrectly referred to the National College of Ireland facility in Dublin as having operated without the required planning permission.

This was due to a clerical error in information received from Dublin City Council which had listed the facility amongst others despite the college having sought and received planning in 2004. We are happy to correct this.
