THOUSANDS of people are attending the third annual Flat Lake Literary and Arts Festival in Clones, Co Monaghan, this weekend with global pop sensation Lily Allen among the celebrities expected to attend. Allen is returning to the festival organised by her film director uncle Kevin and author Pat McCabe on the grounds of the Hilton Park country estate in Monaghan, having attended last year.
