FIANNA Fáil councillors said they are disappointed that an emergency meeting will not be called at Dublin City Council to discuss the weather crisis in the capital.

Group leader Mary Fitzpatrick said a rejection of the party's call for such a move was "deeply disappointing". "The people of Dublin city feel very let down. They don't see any political leadership in the city and they deserve better," she said in a statement yesterday.
