My last supper would be mostly comprised of food from Thailand, one of my favourite countries. I'd start off with some tom yam soup, as this is my all-time greatest taste sensation. It can be quite hot and spicy, with lots of ginger, and it really feels like the healthiest thing you could ever eat. It never fails to warm the palate, setting you up for the next course, if you haven't already melted.

For mains, it would have to be a Thai green chicken curry. It's not as hot as it sounds and is very mild next to the red one. Outside of the beautiful texture and tasty sauce, I love the coriander flavour it usually comes with. I've tried cooking Thai at home, but always fail to capture what you get in a good authentic restaurant. I think a simple Tiger beer would be perfect for cooling me down at this stage.

What to have for dessert is a tough one, but methinks it would be a perfectly made cappuccino with a small piece of French chocolate.
