Ilove a chicken Balti with garlic naan and a pint of milk. I don't understand this drinking beer with a curry lark. I might have red wine sometimes with a meal but a pint of milk would be the best in this case. Indian food is really tasty and uses lots of the herbs and spices I love, like coriander. I'm not bad at cooking it myself. I got myself a cookbook and ground up all the spices I needed and everything; I thought to myself, 'there's no way this is going to work', but once I started and added the cream to the spices, the whole kitchen began to smell like an Indian restaurant. In Galway city, you can get a great Indian from Eastern Tandoori or a place called Kashmir. I'd be licking the plate clean in there when no one is looking. I'd have to top the whole thing off with a crème brulée. Dunnes and Supervalu do a great crème brulee in a tub... I was eating two of them a day at one stage. I wouldn't be too on for the drink as it's my last meal. I'd rather have a clear head when I meet my maker. That, or I'd have to get my hands on some poitín.
