My ultimate meal would have to be a Madras chicken curry. I'm sure a lot of people would go in for something a bit more over the top for their ultimate meal but I wouldn't be into anything fancier than that. I'd probably also like a steak and onions, but I'm trying to cut down on the red meat for health reasons. I love Indian food so I'd maybe start with some vegetable pakoras and onion bhajis, and have the Madras with pilau rice.
I go to a great place on Richmond Street in Dublin called Tandoori Bites, which does beautiful curries. If I've ever been away for any length of time I'll go in there. When I'm working I might go in there at five or six in the morning. I find with Indian food you don't even have to be all that hungry to enjoy it – just the smell alone will make you want one!
I'd also have a Diet Coke or maybe water; believe it or not, a nice cup of tea often cools it down a bit too.
