My last supper would be on the deck of the Crane Hotel in Barbados. I'm a huge seafood fan, so I'd start with scallops in a light, sort of sweet sauce. I like the meaty fish like monkfish and tuna, and scallops are very fleshy, decadent and almost erotic. Next up, I'd have to have surf'n'turf with gratin potatoes and baby
asparagus. To drink, I'd have some Moët rosé champagne with the starter, and for the main you'd have to have a beer like Peroni. Then the last thing I'd
have to have is a glass of brandy that's at least twice as old as I am.
