Given that the soundtrack to the Watchmen movie features 11 songs familiar to one and all, and one 'new' song that is actually a cover version, you may ask why bother to review it at all? Well, it's not any old cover – just goth popsters My Chemical Romance assassinating Bob Dylan's 'Desolation Row'. The song bears absolutely no resemblance musically to the original but is nonetheless a punchy Ramones/ Pistols work-through with a nice guitar solo; the kind of tune that makes you glad to hear that Blink 182 are reforming. The best bit is that it's only three minutes long.
