Foreign Affairs Minister Micheal Martin is hoping to speak to his Bolivian counterpart today to discuss the circumstances surrounding the death of Michael Dwyer. The 24-year-old, from Ballinderry in Co Tipperary, was one of three men shot dead by police in Santa Cruz last Thursday. The Bolivian authorities claim he was involved in a plot to assassinate President Evo Morlaes. Mr Martin says he wants to establish the full facts of the case and will cooperate fully with the Bolivian authorities in the investigation of the matter.
